Creative Drama

In this class, imagination is key. Young students engage in creative thinking through movement, theater games, and improvisations. Students dramatize stories and poems as well as come up with original stories. This class is meant to help children work on social skills and academic subjects using theater tools. It provides a safe environment for students to explore behavior, ideas, creativity, and school subjects. Ultimately, creative drama is an out-of-the-box approach to learning that engages imagination, concentration, and sensory awareness in a theater environment.
